The new MotoGP-inspired livery comes at a nominal price hike over the standard colours
- Now own the bike adorning the livery also found on Alex Rins’ GSX-RR MotoGP racer.
- It also gets yellow rim tapes with standard black alloy wheels.
- The Gixxer SF 250 will get the MotoGP treatment in August.
Suzuki launched the next-gen Gixxer SF a couple of months ago. Both the Gixxer SF 250 and the 2019 Gixxer SF came in two colour options which were slightly subdued. We were given confirmation that Suzuki would introduce the MotoGP editions of both bikes soon. The livery is finally here, but only for the baby Gixxer SF. However, the good news is that you only have to spend Rs 735 more to get this livery as it retails at Rs 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). You will have to wait until August to get the same livery on the Gixxer SF 250.
The Gixxer SF MotoGP edition bears the iconic Suzuki blue colour with ‘Ecstar’ logos seen on the MotoGP-spec GSX-RR. There is a dash of yellow and white to complete the MotoGP livery. The yellow rim tapes on the bike complement the black alloys. Apart from that, there are no changes reported with the motorcycle still powered by a 155cc unit that produces 14.1PS of power and 14Nm of torque.
