1 small onion (cut in cubes)
2 cloves garlic
2 whole green chili slit
1/2 box Mushroom
1/2 each Red & Yellow bell pepper Oil
2 spoon Light Soya sauce
1 spoon brown sugar
2 spoon oyster sauce
3 spoon water
1/2 cup Basil leaves
In a flat pan, put 1 spoon oil
Cook on high heat
Let it get golden color.
Add onion, chili and toss it.
Add bell peppers and mushrooms.
Let it cook for 2 minutes till Mushroom is cooked.
Add all the sauces with water.
Add brown sugar (no need to salt as both the sauce have enough salt).
Add basil leaves, final one more toss and
Switch off the flame.
Eat this mixed vegetables with Riceberry.
This goes well with Jasmine rice too.
