RCOM shares up 3% on reports of negotiation with CDB
Shares of Reliance Communications rose over 3 per cent on the Bombay Stock Exchange after the company told ET that it was negotiating a settlement with China Development Bank, one of its largest creditors. Driven by media reports, shares of company gained as much as 3.33 per cent to touch an intra-day high of Rs 11.14 apiece on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
In a similar fashion, shares of the company were trading 3.26 per cent higher at Rs 11.10 apiece on the National Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, the broader benchmark BSE Sensex was trading at 32,770.17, up 172.99 points, or 0.53 per cent, at 12:10 hours.
