Bajaj Finserv Mutual Fund files offer document for Business Cycle Fund
Bajaj Finserv Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended equity scheme named ‘Bajaj Finserv Business Cycle Fund'. The New Fund Offer price will be Rs 10 during the NFO. Entry load will be nil. If units are redeemed / switched out within 3months from the date of allotment exit load will be 1% of applicable NAV; If units are redeemed/switched out after 3 months from the date of allotment- no exit load is payable. The Scheme offers growth and IDCW options for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 crore.
The performance will be benchmarked against BSE 500 TRI. The minimum application amount will be Rs 500 and in multiple of Re 1 thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long term capital appreciation by investing in equity and equity related securities of companies with a focus on riding business cycles through allocation between various sectors and stocks at different stages of business cycles.
