HDFC Mutual Fund files offer document for H-SIF Hybrid Long-Short Fund
HDFC Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an interval investment strategy scheme named ‘H-SIF Hybrid Long-Short Fund'. Entry load will be nil. Exit load will be 0.05% of applicable Net Asset Value -If the amount sought to be redeemed or switched out on or before 90 days from the date of allotment; and NIL -If the amount sought to be redeemed or switched out after 90 days from the date of allotment. The Scheme offers growth and IDCW options for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 crore.
The performance will be benchmarked against NIFTY 50 Hybrid Composite Debt 50:50 Index. The minimum application amount will be Rs. 10000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income and capital appreciation by investing across fixed income instruments, equity and equity related instruments including limited short exposure in equity and debt through derivatives.
