ICICI Pru AMC announces appointment of Dealer
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statements of Additional Information (‘SAIs’) of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and iSIF (‘the SIF’).
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that Sahej Sethi has been appointed as a Dealer in the investments team of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and accordingly is a key personnel of the AMC with effect from July 30, 2026. The following details of Sethi shall form part of the key personnel details under SAIs:
Sahej Sethi (26), is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level II candidate. Mr Sethi has over 3 years of experience. He joined the ICICI Prudential AMC in October 2022. Prior to this, he served as Manager - Compliance from October 3, 2022 to July 29, 2026 at ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company.
All other terms and conditions of the SAIs of the Fund and iSIF remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SAIs, as amended from time to time.
