ICICI Prudential MF introduces Contra Fund
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has launched ICICI Prudential Contra Fund, an open-ended equity scheme following contrarian investment strategy. The NFO opens for subscription on September 28, 2026 and closes on October 12, 2026. The Entry Load is not applicable for the scheme. The Exit load will be 1% of the applicable NAV If the amount sought to be redeemed or switched out within 1 month from allotment and NIL - If the amount sought to be redeemed after 1 month. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 1,000/- plus in multiple of Re.1.
The performance of the Scheme will be benchmarked against Nifty 500 TRI and its fund managers are Sankaran Naren, Dharmesh Kakkad, Sakshat Goel and Gaurav Chikane.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long-term capital appreciation by investing in Equity & Equity related instruments following contrarian investment strategy.
