Indian debt, FX markets closed on Wednesday for local holiday

India's currency and debt markets will be shut on Wednesday, April 1, for a local holiday, while equities will remain open. Trading for bonds and rupee will resume on Thursday April 2.

On Monday, the rupee ended at its record closing low of 94.83 per dollar, as the outlook for the Asian currency remained weak amid the Middle East war. [INR/]
