Invesco Asset Management (India) announces change in provisions related to Daily Frequency under SIP Facility

Invesco Asset Management (India) has announced changes to Scheme Information Documents (‘SIDs’) and Key Information Memorandums (‘KIMs’) of Schemes of the Fund and Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of the Fund.

Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that the provision for Daily frequency under Systematic Investment Plan (‘SIP’) facility under eligible schemes of the Fund has been revised from existing provision -- Instalment under Daily frequency SIP will be processed on Business Days only. If the instalment under Daily frequency SIP falls on a non-business day, it will not be carried forward to the next business day to revised provision -- The Instalments under Daily frequency SIP can be debited on all calendar days, including weekends and public holidays. However, instalments debited on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed on a Business Day i.e. in case the funds are credited on a weekend or a public holiday, then the said transactions will be processed on the immediately succeeding Business Day, based on the time of credit received in the Mutual Fund’s bank account.

The above changes are effective from October 26, 2026. Pursuant to above changes, necessary changes will be carried out at relevant places in SAI of the Fund and SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes of the Fund, as applicable. All other terms & conditions of the SAI of the Fund, SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Fund, SIDs / KIMs of the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time.
