JM Financial AMC announces addition to OPAT
JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (‘SID’) and Key Information Memorandum (‘KIM’) of the schemes and Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed about the following additional Investor Service Centre (ISC), managed by KFin Technologies, (Registrar to the Schemes of the Mutual Fund) will act as Official Point of Acceptance (OPA) for the Schemes of the Mutual Fund with effect from August 14, 2026: KFin Technologies, Suhel Building, 9-3-39C, Near Fish Market, Opp. PPC Road, Chitpady, Udupi – 576101 Karnataka. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID & KIM of the Schemes and SAI of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of the SID & KIM of the Schemes and SAI of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
