JM Financial AMC announces resignation of CFO cum COO
JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that, Amit Bhavsar, Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’) & Chief Operating Officer (‘COO’), has resigned from the services of the AMC from the close of business hours on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Consequently, he ceases to be the CFO & COO and Key Personnel of the AMC.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SAI of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SAI of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
