JM Financial AMC announces suspension of fresh subscriptions
JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (‘SID’) and Key Information Memorandum (‘KIM’) of the schemes of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that JM Financial Trustee Company (‘Trustee Company’) has approved the suspension of fresh subscriptions in certain plans/options of the scheme(s) of the Fund with effect from August 12, 2026 (‘Effective date’).
Accordingly, the fresh subscriptions shall be discontinued in the plans/options of JM Aggressive Hybrid Fund - (Direct) - Annual IDCW Option, JM Aggressive Hybrid Fund - (Direct) - Half Yearly IDCW Option, JM Aggressive Hybrid Fund - (Direct) - Monthly IDCW Option, JM Aggressive Hybrid Fund - (Direct) - Quarterly IDCW Option, JM Aggressive Hybrid Fund - (Regular) - Annual IDCW Option, JM Aggressive Hybrid Fund - (Regular) - Half Yearly IDCW Option, JM Aggressive Hybrid Fund - (Regular) - Monthly IDCW Option, JM Aggressive Hybrid Fund - (Regular) - Quarterly IDCW Option, JM Arbitrage Fund - (Direct) - Annual IDCW Option, JM Arbitrage Fund - (Direct) - Half Yearly IDCW Option, JM Arbitrage Fund - (Direct) - Monthly IDCW Option, JM Arbitrage Fund - (Direct) - Quarterly IDCW Option, JM Arbitrage Fund - (Regular) - Annual IDCW Option, JM Arbitrage Fund - (Regular) - Half Yearly IDCW Option, JM Arbitrage Fund - (Regular) - Monthly IDCW Option, JM Arbitrage Fund - (Regular) - Quarterly IDCW Option, JM Large Cap Fund - (Direct) - Annual IDCW Option, JM Large Cap Fund - (Direct) - Half Yearly IDCW Option, JM Large Cap Fund - (Direct) - Monthly IDCW Option, JM Large Cap Fund - (Direct) - Quarterly IDCW Option, JM Large Cap Fund - (Regular) - Annual IDCW Option, JM Large Cap Fund - (Regular) - Half Yearly IDCW Option, JM Large Cap Fund - (Regular) - Monthly IDCW Option and JM Large Cap Fund - (Regular) - Quarterly IDCW Option (the schemes) of the Fund.
The above facility(ies) are discontinued through all modes such as Lump Sum mode (including Switches) and fresh registration of Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) and/or Systematic Transfer Plan (STP) registration, special products/features in the aforementioned schemes from the effective date.
The AMC shall continue processing the existing instalments of SIP/STP/ other systematic transaction /special facility subject to the conditions specified in the SIDs of the aforesaid schemes, registered prior to the effective date.
