JM Financial Asset Management informs about designation of Key Personnel
JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that Dhaval Kuvadia has been designated as Key Personnel of the AMC with effect from July 23, 2026. Accordingly, following details pertaining to Dhaval Kuvadia shall be incorporated in the SAI under the para titled Information on Key Personnel.
Dhaval Kuvadia (35 years), is a B.com graduate. Mr. Kuvadia has around 9 years of experience in financial services sector. He has previously been associated with Incred Capital, Marwari Shares and Finance and Bonanza Portfolio.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SAI of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SAI of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
