Market Outlook:

Markets are expected to open positively following strong US cues on 27th May 2026, with S&P 500 up +0.58%, Dow Jones +0.05%, and Nasdaq +0.84%. Gift Nifty rose 0.85% (+201.5 pts), indicating a positive start for Indian equities. Advance-decline ratio on NSE was 2067:2139 and on BSE was 1656:1646, showing a balanced market breadth. India VIX stands at 15, down 7.1% reflecting easing volatility. Key indices performance included Nifty Auto (+1.45%) driven by Exide Industries Ltd. (+7.6%) and Tube Investments of India Ltd. (+5.64%), while Nifty FMCG declined -0.17% led by Radico Khaitan Ltd. (-3.9%) and ITC Ltd. (-3.89%) .


FII and DII Activity:
