Motilal Oswal AMC announces change in OPAT status
Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Scheme(s) of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (MOMF).
Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund has informed that with effect from opening of business hours of October 01, 2026 following Branch would no longer be an Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT) Branch of the Company and shall continue to remain a sales office: Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company, 2nd Floor, Accel House, Road no 22, Wagle Industrial Estate, CGST Bhavan West, Thane West – 400604, Maharashtra.
This notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the aforementioned Schemes of MOMF. The SID and KIM of the aforementioned Schemes of MOMF shall be suitably modified. All other terms & conditions of the aforementioned Schemes shall remain unchanged.
