PGIM India AMC announces Change in Key Personnel
PGIM India Mutual Fund has informed that, Prabha Shanker, Head – Risk Management has ceased to be a Key Personnel of PGIM India Asset Management from the close of business hours of October 29, 2026. Consequently, details of Prabha Shanker stands deleted from ‘Information on Key Personnel of the Asset Management Company’ under section ‘II. The Asset Management Company (AMC)’ in the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of the PGIM India Mutual Fund.
Further, Harsha Chugh has been appointed as Interim Chief Risk Officer of the AMC, with effect from November 01, 2026. Consequently, following details of Harsha Chugh shall be added under ‘Information on Key Personnel of the Asset Management Company’ under section ‘II. The Asset Management Company (AMC)’ in the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of the PGIM India Mutual Fund.
Harsha Chugh (34 years) is a Charted Accountant and is currently serving as Interim Chief Risk Officer at GIM India Asset Management with effect from November 01, 2026 onwards. She has over 10 years of experience in Risk Management/Risk Advisory.
Prior to her current role, Chugh served as Senior Manager - Risk Management at PGIM India Asset Management from October 16, 2023 to October 31, 2026, as Investment Risk Manager at Pinebridge Investments from January 2023 to September 2023 and in Risk Management at Tata Asset Management from April 2019 to December 2022. Earlier, she was Assistant Manager - Risk Management at LIC MF Asset Management from July 2018 to April 2019 and at IDBI Asset Management from January 2017 to July 2018. She started her career as Consultant - Risk Advisory at Protune Consulting Services LLP from April 2016 to December 2016.
This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI, as amended from time to time. All other terms & conditions of the SAI will remain unchanged.
