Quant Mutual Fund files offer document for Diversified Equity All Cap Active FOF
Quant Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended fund of fund scheme named ‘Quant Diversified Equity All Cap Active FOF‘. The New Fund Offer price will be Rs 10 during the NFO. Entry load will be nil. Exit load will be 1% -if redeemed/switched out within 1 year from the date of allotment of units; and Nil –if redeemed/switched out after 1 year from the date of allotment of units. The Scheme offers growth and Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) options for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 crore.
The performance will be benchmarked against Nifty 500 TRI. The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples Re 1 thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long-term capital appreciation / income by investing in units of domestic equity-oriented schemes based on varied market caps.
