UTI Mutual Fund announces change in Board of AMC
UTI Mutual Fund has informed that, Deepak Kumar Chatterjee, Chairman and Non - Executive Independent Director on the Board of UTI Asset Management Company (AMC) has ceased to be Director upon completion of his term with effect from the closure of business hours on July 28, 2026.
Consequently, all references to Deepak Kumar Chatterjee in the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) stand deleted.
This addendum is an integral part of the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of UTI Mutual Fund. All other features, terms and conditions as mentioned in the SAI remain unchanged.
